Ward Systems Group has decided to once again host and teach an advanced training seminar for its flagship trading products, NeuroShell Trader and ChaosHunter.  The seminar will take place March 29 - 31, 2011, in Baltimore, Maryland, and will be limited to 36 attendees. 

The seminar will be interactive in order to provide maximum learning opportunities for attendees, and is a great opportunity for our users to meet other users and share ideas.  This year the emphasis will be on NeuroShell Trader Professional and DayTrader release 6.0 and the new features available in two new products:  NeuroShell Trader Professional Power User and NeuroShell DayTrader Professional Power User.  The seminar is not designed for beginning users, so a few weeks of prior experience using the software is appropriate.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing.  A $300 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before February 26, 2011.  Cancellations made after February 26, 2011, as well as no shows, are required to pay the full registration fee.  Substitutions may be made at any time by providing Ward Systems Group with written notice of the names of both the original and substitute registrant. 

Computers:
Seminar attendees will receive workbooks that include copies of all of the charts and PowerPoint slides used during the seminar so computers are OPTIONAL.   Those wishing to use a computer are welcome to bring a laptop computer.  WiFi internet connections are available for free in the hotel conference room and public areas.  An internet connection is NOT REQUIRED to view the seminar charts because they are all saved with data.

Accommodations:
We’ve worked out a special group rate with three hotels that are part of the Harbor Magic Hotels group located at the center of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor or at the historic Fells Point waterfront. 

You can enjoy a room at the Pier 5 hotel - the seminar location (single or double occupancy) for $149 a night (plus tax and a $9.99 destination fee each day for most phone calls, high speed internet access, business services, bottled water, newspaper, and the Harbor Magic shuttle service which connects the Harbor Magic hotels.).  Most evenings the Pier 5 Hotel has a Crabby Hour, otherwise known as happy hour.  Don’t want to leave the Pier 5 hotel?  You may have lunch or dinner at either Ruth's Chris Steak House: Pier 5 , McCormick & Schmick’s seafood restaurant .  The Pizzaz Tuscan Grille serves breakfast, lunch or dinner.  You may enter all three restaurants directly from the lobby of the Pier 5 Hotel. 

Rooms are also available at the Brookshire Suites (Inner Harbor area) or the Admiral Fell Inn (Fells Point) for $129 plus the tax and $9.99 destination fee.  Both the Brookshire Suites and the Admiral Fell Inn are connected by an approximately hourly shuttle service to the Pier 5 Hotel, where the seminar will be held.

Tell the reservation clerk that you want to make a reservation for the Ward Systems Group Seminar, Group Reservation Number 627248 in order to obtain the special group rate.  Room arrangements must be made directly with the hotel.  The cost of rooms is NOT included in the registration fee.  All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by a first nights deposit with a major credit card.   This special group rate is available three days before and three days after the seminar if you wish to extend your stay. 

After February 26, 2011, or after the block of rooms is gone, the hotel will accept reservations on a space available basis at the current room rates. 

Transportation
Airport:  The closest airport is Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). 

Because of the central location of the Harbor Magic Hotels you can easily take the Super Shuttle (see below) from BWI Airport at a cost of about $20 and that means you can skip the hassle of renting a car.   The Harbor Magic shuttle service connects the three hotels in the Harbor Magic group or you may take an inexpensive cab ride.

Train:  You may also take an AMTRAK train to Penn Station (BAL) located at 1515 N. Charles Street.  Penn Station is about a mile and a half north of downtown and the Inner Harbor.   Phone AMTRAK at 1-800-872-7245.

Audio and Video Recording:  Note that due to privacy concerns, trying to insure that attendees feel free to ask questions, and the proprietary nature of our training materials, no audio or videotaping of the seminar will be permitted.  For those same reasons, Ward Systems Group will not be taping the seminar for later distribution.

Deadlines:
Registration:  Sign up as soon as possible with Ward Systems Group as there are a limited number of seats.  Sign up by January 10, 2011, to receive a $100 discount so you only pay $1495.  After January 10, 2011 the cost is $1595.

The recent Advanced Seminar in Baltimore was outstanding.  I've previously said that Ward Systems' Advanced Seminars return the total seminar's tuition in value each day of the seminar.  That was more than true this time.  The well attended meeting was great in every way, from the material presented by Steve and Marge to that presented by some of the attendees.  The interaction with the other attendees was also worth the price of admission.  If you haven't been, make the time to be at the next one.  I've decided that I need to try to go every year.
