The 2010 NeuroShell Trader Advanced Seminar promises to deliver value for the money in several significant ways:  content, reasonably priced seminar fee and accommodations, and interaction with other NeuroShell Trader users.   

The seminar will be taught by Steve Ward, CEO, and Marge Sherald, COO, of Ward Systems Group.  Formal training sessions run from 9 am to 3:00 pm with a break for lunch on us.  Optional workshops continue from 3:00 to 5:00 pm to allow ideas and strategies to be freely exchanged and discussed.  Steve and Marge will be available in the evenings for informal discussions.  The seminar is planned to be interactive with questions and answers, consistent with being able to cover all of the material.

Who Should Attend:
The seminar is offered to anyone who wants to learn sophisticated techniques for trading systems.  It is not a mechanics course with step by step procedures but rather an advanced look at more complex NeuroShell Trader techniques.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing.  A $300 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received on or before January 16, 2010.  Cancellations made after January 16, 2010, as well as no shows, are required to pay the full registration fee.  Substitutions may be made at any time by providing Ward Systems Group with written notice of the names of both the original and substitute registrant. 

Computers:
Seminar attendees will receive workbooks that include copies of all of the charts and PowerPoint slides used during the seminar so computers are OPTIONAL.   Those wishing to use a computer are welcome to bring a laptop computer.  WiFi internet connections are available for free in the hotel conference room and public areas.  An internet connection is NOT REQUIRED to view the seminar charts because they are all saved with data.

Accommodations:

We’ve worked out a special group rate with the Pier 5 Hotel, which is located at the center of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor.  This means that you get to enjoy a room at the Pier 5 hotel (single or double occupancy) for $129 a night (plus tax and a $9.99 destination fee each day for most phone calls, high speed internet access, business services, bottled water, newspaper, and the Harbor Magic shuttle service which services the local area.).  Most evenings they have a Crabby Hour, otherwise known as happy hour.  Don’t want to leave the hotel?  You may have lunch or dinner at either Ruth's Chris Steak House: Pier 5 , McCormick & Schmick’s seafood restaurant .  The Pizzaz Tuscan Grille serves breakfast, lunch or dinner.  You may enter all three restaurants directly from the lobby of the Pier 5 Hotel.  Check out www.harbormagic.com for the latest information on the Pier 5 Hotel.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for seminar attendees at the Pier 5 Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland, at a cost of $129/night (plus approximately 6% state and 7.5% local taxes).  The rate includes single or double occupancy.  There is also a daily $9.95 Destination Fee, which includes unlimited local phone calls, domestic long distance, calls, 800# and credit card calling access, high speed internet access in guest rooms, business services, bottled water in guest rooms, Harbor Magic shuttle service, and entry to all in-hotel activities.  To view the hotel, go to www.harbormagic.com.  

Call as soon as possible but absolutely no later than Saturday, January 23, 2010.   Room reservations should be made by calling the Pier 5 Hotel toll free at 1-866-583-4162.  International attendees should call the Pier 5 Hotel directly at 410 539-2000.  Tell the reservation clerk that you want to make a reservation for the Ward Systems Group Seminar, Group Reservation Number 547747, in order to obtain the special rate of $129/night.  Room arrangements must be made directly with the hotel.  The cost of rooms is NOT included in the registration fee.  All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by a first nights deposit with a major credit card.   This special group rate is available three days before and three days after the seminar if you wish to extend your stay. 

After January 23, 2010, or after the block of rooms is gone, the hotel will accept reservations on a space available basis at the current room rates. 

Transportation
Airport:  The closest airport is Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). 

Because of the central location of the Pier 5 Hotel, you can easily take the Super Shuttle (see below) from BWI Airport at a cost of about $20 and that means you can skip the hassle of renting a car.  To get around town, you can either use the Harbor Magic shuttle service which cruises the three hotels in the Harbor Magic group located near the Inner Harbor, or you may take an inexpensive cab ride.

Train:  You may also take an AMTRAK train to Penn Station (BAL) located at 1515 N. Charles Street.  Penn Station is about a mile and a half north of downtown and the Inner Harbor.   Phone AMTRAK at 1-800-872-7245.

Audio and Video Recording:  Note that due to privacy concerns, trying to insure that attendees feel free to ask questions, and the proprietary nature of our training materials, no audio or videotaping of the seminar will be permitted.  

Deadlines:
Registration:  Sign up as soon as possible with Ward Systems Group as there are a limited number of seats.  Sign up by December 31, 2009, to receive a $100 discount so you only pay $1495.  After December 31, 2009, the cost is $1595.

Hotel:  A limited number of rooms are reserved at the $129/night rate for attendees so be sure to call the Pier 5 Hotel early, but no later than Saturday, January 23, 2010.
